Luis Sharpe

If there was ever a case for the best offensive lineman in Cardinals franchise history, it was Sharpe.  Like Lomax, he played his entire career with the Cardinals.

He was a starter in all 13 seasons he played in.  His battles with the New York Giants defensive end Lawrence Taylor are stories for the ages.

Sharpe was a three-time Pro Bowler in ’87, ’88, and ’89.  He was considered one of the best left tackles of all time by many.

He had his troubles with the law towards the latter part of his playing career.  However his contributions to the team and league should not go unnoticed.

He has also turned his life around.  He uses his Facebook page to help motivate others and has a legion of fans know what he gave to the game.  Now its time for the Cardinals to reward him with an induction to the ROH.
