O.J. Anderson
Sure, he spent only the first 7-plus years of his career with the franchise but others are in the same boat. Aeneas Williams didn’t spend his whole career in Arizona either.
Anderson rushed for 1,100-yards or more in five of his seasons while in St. Louis. Of his 81 career rushing touchdowns, 46 were with the Cardinals. All five of his career receiving touchdowns also came with the Cardinals.
Anderson may have been more popular while with the Giants but his production with the Cardinals far outweighed his production with the Giants. He also had 299 receptions while with the Cardinals, producing 40 or more in a season four times.
He only played in two games he didn’t start from the time he was drafted until the time he moved to New York. There aren’t any other running backs in franchise history that produced like him. It is time the Cardinals gave him consideration for their ROH.
