#81 Benny Perrin

He only played four years in the NFL, all with the Cardinals.  However the defensive back made the most of his short stint.

Perrin played for the Cardinals from 1982-1985.  He was elected to the 1982 Pro Football Writers of America All-Rookie Team.

He had nine interceptions for the Cardinals over his first three seasons.  Four interceptions took place in each of 1983 and 1984.

He also recovered five fumbles during his time in St. Louis.  He was a full-time starter for the Cardinals in both ’83 and ’84 and started all nine games he played in during his rookie season.

His last season with the team in ’85, and the NFL, he started six of the seven games in which he played.  However that was the end of a career for him.
