#63 Seth Joyner

After eight seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, linebacker Joyner came to the desert for three seasons with the Cardinals.  He provided a veteran presence and leadership the linebacker core needed at the time.

In his three seasons with the Cardinals, he started all 16 games from 1994-1996.  He had seven interceptions in those three seasons.  He had 209 tackles total in the three seasons in Arizona.

In 1994, he had three forced fumbles and in 1995 he had three fumble recoveries.  His three forced fumbles in ’94 made the top 10 in the NFL.

He also made NFC Defensive Player of the week in week 12 of the 1994 season.  He was also named to the Second Team All-Pro Team by United Press International.

That ’94 season also happened to be his third and final Pro Bowl appearance.  He had been named twice to the Pro Bowl in 1991 and 1993 with Philadelphia.
