Key Additions

Cardinals: Outside of Murray, they’ve also added OL Marcus Gilbert, OL J.R. Sweezy, LB Jordan Hicks, LB Terrell Suggs, QB Brett Hundley, WR Michael Crabtree

Chargers: QB Tyrod Taylor, DT Jerry Tillery, LB Thomas Davis

Injuries

The Cardinals could be without WR Andy Isabella, OL Justin Pugh, and S D.J. Swearinger on Thursday night.  In fact Pugh is going to miss a couple of weeks but is not considered a serious injury suffered to his shoulder.

Swearinger just returned to practice on Monday and his along with Isabella’s status is up in the air.  Even if healthy, why risk either player at this point?

National attention

The Cardinals game will gain live national coverage on NFL Network.  They will show all 65 preseason games, however most will be on tape delay.  The network has chosen to show this game and week three’s game at Minnesota live.

Of course that has all to do with Murray and Kingsbury.  Kingsbury said Murray will start but may only see a few plays, maybe as many as 10-12.  It will depend on game situation and how Murray feels about how things are going.
