NFC South

New Orleans Saints 12-4

Atlanta Falcons 10-6

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8-8

Carolina Panthers 5-11

The Saints should walk away with this division.  The Falcons will come back and show they shouldn’t be forgotten.  Their quarterback Matt Ryan will look more like the Matt Ryan of 2017 instead of 2018.

The Panthers seem like a mess.  However they do have Christian McCaffrey but Cam Newton needs to be healthy to finish better than 5-11. Right now we don’t know how well he is for week one.

The wild card (not playoff wild card) of the division seems to be the Bucs.  Bruce Arians comes to Tampa to try and right the ship.  They should be better but still not on the same level as the Saints or even the Falcons.

Playoff contenders: Saints, Falcons

Maybe next year Tampa and Carolina.  BA could pull what he did in Arizona.  Finish with an improvement in his first season and get them to the playoffs in his second season in Tampa.

Division’s best player in 2019: Drew Brees
