The receiver room

Yes, they once again need to address it but do they need to do as much re-tooling as last year?  Probably not.  Certainly health will be a question mark as will the return of Larry Fitzgerald for yet another season.

We won’t know the answer on Fitz until likely the end of January at the earliest.  Outside of him, the Cardinals have 3 rookie receivers who will be going into their second seasons and another going into his third.

Christian Kirk is solid in his spot.  The Cardinals will definitely give KeeSean Johnson and Andy Isabella more time to develop.  Both had their first touchdowns of the season on Thursday night.

Then there is Hakeem Butler.  He struggled in camp before getting injured and going on injured reserve. Damiere Byrd has been a pleasant surprise.

But, they could go in a different direction and part with Trent Sherfield.  Maybe they make a hard decision on Byrd?  It will all depend on who is out there available in free agency and the draft.
