Week 13: Sunday December 6th

Detroit Lions

Last season the Lions came into Arizona and took it to the Cardinals in the season opener for the first three quarters of the game, jumping out to a commanding 24-6 lead.  Then Murray and the fourth quarter happened.

Murray lead the Cardinals in a furious comeback to tie the game at 24.  Even then the Lions had their chances to put themselves in position to win and failed.

The Cardinals almost stole the game in overtime but couldn’t quite make it happen.  Now we wait and see if the Lions return with Matthew Stafford at quarterback.

Right now we don’t have any reason to believe otherwise but there is still a lot of movement to happen between now and the 2020 regular season.

Let’s just hope and pray the game doesn’t end in another tie.  Something tells me both teams will remember last season well and make sure that is the last thing that happens.
