5 free agents who the Cardinals need to bring back in 2022

During the first three seasons of his NFL career, wide receiver Christian Kirk was wildly inconsistent. The Scottsdale, Arizona native would show flashes of brilliance at times, but dropped passes were a part of his game as well.
A “contract” year tends to bring out the best in a performer, and Kirk appears to have risen to the occasion this fall. The 25-year-old has been terrific, which is exactly what the Cardinals expected him to be when the franchise drafted Kirk back in 2018.
The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder should garner plenty of attention when the free-agent signing period begins next March, and Keim could struggle to match the offers Kirk could receive. It sure would be nice, however, to have Kirk stay around as a compliment for DeAndre Hopkins for the next few campaigns.
