4 free-agent wide receiver options for the Arizona Cardinals

Larry Fitzgerald
As soon as the news about Hopkins broke, the first name that was being brought up as a possible replacement for the superstar was a familiar one. Could Larry Fitzgerald, the Cards’ future Hall of Famer, be brought in to help his old squad over the last month of the campaign?
It’s certainly a possibility when you consider that the 38-year-old Fitzgerald has not yet announced his retirement. This could be exactly the type of situation that the 11-time Pro Bowler has been waiting for, a chance to continue a brilliant career that began with the Redbirds back in 2004.
Fitzgerald could give quarterback Kyler Murray a reliable third-down option and would provide the Cardinals with another strong presence in the locker room as well. There are quite a few members of the “Red Sea” who would love to see it happen.
