Third Round (Pick No. 87)

Cam Taylor-Britt – CB (Nebraska)

Arizona is heading into the 2022 campaign with Byron Murphy, Jeff Gladney, and Marco Wilson as the squad’s primary cornerbacks, a trio that is not overly impressive. Another cover guy would be welcomed, but Keim waits until the third round to reinforce the position.

All things considered, the Cards do pretty well by grabbing the University of Nebraska’s Cam Taylor-Britt at the 87th-overall slot. Last fall, the 6-foot, 205-pounder tallied 51 tackles, an interception, and an excellent 11 pass breakups in 12 games for the Cornhuskers.

The 22-year-old spent four seasons at Nebraska and made contributions to the defensive backfield in each of them. Taylor-Britt was credited with 140 tackles, five picks, and 22 pass breakups during his time at the school.
