Defensive Line (5)

J.J. Watt, Zach Allen, Leki Fotu, Rashad Lawrence, Michael Dogbe

Watt is looking to bounce back from an injury-plagued 2021 season. And despite his lack of production on the stat sheet, he proved to be a valuable asset during his first season in Arizona. Allen flashed in 2021 and he could easily enjoy a breakout campaign.

Michael Dogbe could be a great rotational piece, having played well in a backup role last season. Neither Leki Fotu nor Rashard Lawrence have impressed since their rookie seasons. However, at this point, they are the best options on the roster.

The defensive line remains a work in progress. So while I have five players listed here, this is the position group most likely subject to change. Expect the Cardinals to bring in at least one more piece to plug the middle, either via free agency or through an undrafted rookie in camp. I also wouldn’t rule out a trade.
