Will Hernandez, OL

I love players like Will Hernandez, who played well enough to earn a spot on the PFWA All-Rookie Team, only to falter between 2019 and 2021. What strikes me about Hernandez is that he started his career with a bang and played in 2,523 consecutive snaps before a bout with COVID-19 ended his snap streak, and he eventually lost his starting job to Shane Lemieux.

However, it was short-lived, as Hernandez returned in 2021 and once again played in 100% of all possible snaps until Week 18 against the Washington Football Team when he appeared in just seven. That said, while Hernandez had his ups and downs in New York, you cannot deny his durability or, in many cases, his ability.

If Hernandez gains some consistency, he can quickly turn into the best young offensive lineman on the Arizona Cardinals. He has a chance to make this happen in 2022.
