15. San Diego Chargers

2014 season record: 9-7

Top additions: WR Jacoby Jones, WR Stevie Johnson, RB Melvin Gordon

Top departures: RB Ryan Mathews, WR Eddie Royal, S Marcus Gilchrist

2015 projection: 10-6, 2nd AFC West, 5th seed AFC Playoffs

The Chargers did themselves well by not trading Philip Rivers.  That probably would have signaled the end of winning in San Diego for awhile.  They need Rivers.  Besides, now Rivers has two new targets to get the ball to on offense plus they should have a decent running game.

The Chargers picked up Jacoby Jones who is both a threat at receiver and as a kick returner.  Stevie Johnson was another good pickup for the Chargers and he should make some key catches this season.  Rookie Melvin Gordon is going to be fun to watch and should give the Chargers excellent balance.
