16. Buffalo Bills

2014 season record: 9-7

Top additions: RB LeSean McCoy, TE Charles Clay, WR Percy Harvin

Top departures: LB Kiko Alonso, TE Scott Chandler, RB C.J. Spiller

2015 projection: 10-6, 2nd AFC East, 6th seed in AFC playoffs

The Bills are going to be one of my surprise teams of 2015.  They surprised many in 2014 finishing 9-7.  This year I think they get to 10 wins and give the Patriots some fits.  I like the additions of McCoy and Charles Clay.  As long as Harvin plays nice and works hard, he should be a great asset as well.  He’s been known to overstay his welcome though.

The biggest question of course is at quarterback.  Matt Cassel and E.J. Manuel will compete for the starting job.  New head coach Rex Ryan will have quite the decision to make here.  You may even see both get snaps in the regular season.  Neither one blows you away but I think either one can help you compete.
