Janoris Jenkins, CB

Sure, he was with the St. Louis Rams, now in Los Angeles.  That could be one reason Jenkins may want to stay with the Rams.

Trumaine Johnson is the Rams other corner on the free agent market.  I don’t think the Rams will be able to keep both.  Johnson could be the odd man out but the Cardinals could use a guy like Jenkins. He’s only 5’10 which likely works against him with the Cardinals brain trust.

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians made no bones about it after losing in the NFC Championship Game, the Cardinals need to get taller and quicker in the defensive secondary.  Jenkins doesn’t do that for them but he is still a player the Cardinals should consider.

The current crop of Cardinals corners left a little to be desired with their playoff performances.  Look for the Cardinals to find a more solid starter opposite Patrick Peterson.  Justin Bethel isn’t going anywhere but he got picked on a lot and beat at times.
