2. Andre Ellington’s 48-yard touchdown run against the Seattle Seahawks

If the playoffs hadn’t happened for the Cardinals, this play likely is the number one play of the season.  In a game that saw the Cardinals jump out to a 19-0 lead only to see the Seahawks go on a 19-point run themselves to take a 29-25 lead early in the fourth quarter.  After a touchdown pass to Jermaine Gresham, the Cardinals took a 32-29 lead.  A lead still very precarious at the time.

Enter Ellington.  On a surprise draw play, Ellington ran left down the sidelines for the 48-yard score and the game-sealing 39-29 lead at the time.  The Cardinals ended up winning 39-32.

This play however might be more remembered for quarterback Drew Stanton dancing on the sidelines after the score.  The video went viral and there was even a Tecmo Bowl music version of the play that was posted online.
