The boys from South Bend are nicely represented on the Cardinals roster.  There are currently three Fighting Irish on the roster.

The Cardinals have receiver Michael Floyd.  Floyd got a rough start to his 2015 campaign, his fourth in the NFL, after breaking fingers in practice in training camp.  He only missed one game all season though.  He caught 52 passes for 849 yards and six touchdowns.  Both were slight improvements over 2014.

Tight end Troy Niklas has had a hard time getting going in Arizona.  After playing in just seven games as a rookie due to injury, he managed to play in all 16 games in 2015, starting just three of them.  However Niklas got his first two touchdown receptions of his career in 2015, both against the Cleveland Browns.

The third member of the Notre Dame group is running back Robert Hughes. Hughes was on the Cardinals roster in 2014 but did not crack the 53-man roster in 2015.  He is back on the active roster now though as the season has ended. He has yet to score as a professional.
