Scott Chandler, TE

After having four solid seasons for the Buffalo Bills from 2011-2014, he had a subpar one for the New England Patriots in 2015 as the backup to Rob Gronkowski.  He had just 23 receptions for 259 yards and four touchdowns in 2015.

From 2011-2014 he had 38, 43, 53, and 47 receptions and 17 touchdowns.  Of course he was the go-to guy those seasons.  However I did expect him to become more of a target in the time that Gronk missed for the Pats last season.

The Cardinals do have Ifeanyi Momah returning and 2015 rookie Gerald Christian back in the mix.  The Cardinals though might need to replace Jermaine Gresham and then adding another backup tight end may help.  Chandler is the type of guy that could even end up being a starter in Arizona.

Getting another tight end is not a priority for the Cardinals but if they can find someone for the right price, I believe this is a door you knock on.  Having said that, I predict the Cardinals will not run after a tight end in free agency or the draft.
