Week 3: @Buffalo Bills 10:00 a.m. FOX

The Cardinals haven’t been to Buffalo since 2004.  That team lost to the Bills 38-14.  They are 0-2 in Buffalo since moving to the desert in 1988.

The last time the Cardinals played the Bills was in Arizona in 2012.  The Bills came away with a 19-16 victory in overtime.

The good news: The NFL gave the Cardinals a true gift here.  They avoid having to go to Buffalo in extreme cold in November or December.  I have to believe this is a reward for their 2015 season.  Remember, the computer picks the schedule but humans input the information they have to help make that schedule up.

The bad news: The Cardinals do not have a good history in Buffalo as a franchise.  This will be their fifth trip to Buffalo since 1971.  They are 1-3 in the previous four trips.  Buffalo is an up and coming team and is not one to take lightly.

Prediction: Bills coach Rex Ryan is known for his tough defenses.  However I think Palmer and company can solve those issues with much hassle.  I’m not saying they will be able to run the score up but don’t expect the Cardinals to be stifled on offense either.
