Week 17: @Los Angeles Rams 2:25 p.m.

The Cardinals return to play their first game in Los Angeles since 1994.  The Cardinals must wait all season to play their closest to home road game of the season.  This one will be played on New Years Day 2017.

The good news: The Rams will likely be out of any playoff race by now.  The Cardinals may get the chance to sit players unless the division still hasn’t been solved.  In that case, the Cardinals will have to play all their starters. The Rams may be playing their rookie quarterback by now.

The bad news: If this game has no meaning when it comes to the Cardinals, will fans still travel to the game to watch.  Some are saying yes.  If I had the means and the money, I’d do it too.

Prediction: No matter the circumstance of the Cardinals playoff positioning, I believe they will come out and take care of business.  This one will be a no doubter from the get go.

Cardinals 27 Rams 13

The Cardinals finish the season at 13-3.  That would be an amazing feat to accomplish back to back 13-3 seasons.  The big question is will that be good enough to win the NFC West losing to Seattle in week 16? Seattle has the ability to go 13-3 or 14-2.  Hopefully it doesn’t come down to that.  Hopefully the 13-3 record will give the Cardinals the number one seed in the NFC Playoffs this season.
