Amara Darboh got some attention after a strong performance in his workout

The Cardinals could choose to wait before picking a receiver, in order to address another position early. They have more than one need, so that would make sense. If they do, a player who had a strong day that they might target is former Michigan Wolverine Amara Darboh.

At 6’2″ and 215, Darboh has good size for the NFL, and had a terrific season, despite having an NFL draft prospect in his own right, Jehu Chesson, taking targets from him. Darboh still managed 57 receptions, 862 yards, and 7 touchdowns.

In his workout today, Darboh posted a 4.45 second 40 year dash, which was big for him because of speed concerns. He also had 17 reps in the bench press, had a 36 inch vertical leap, and a 10’4″ broad jump. Just as importantly, he looked smooth in the on-field drills. If he falls down into the third round, the Cardinals might take him.
