October 26, 2015 vs Baltimore Ravens

Another Monday Night Football contest for the Cardinals in the desert.  This one turned out to be a fun one.

The game kept fans of both the Cardinals and Ravens on the edges of their seats until the very end.  You couldn’t have asked for anything more.

As usual it was a slow start for both teams.  Baltimore took an early 3-0 lead before running back Chris Johnson put the Cardinals ahead 7-3 with 3:59 remaining in the first-quarter.

The Cardinals took a 14-10 lead into halftime thanks to a late score from Palmer to receiver Michael Floyd.  The score with 1:01 left in the half held up until the break.

Two field goals was all that the Cardinals could muster offensively in the third-quarter and took a 20-10 lead into the fourth.  Both defenses were playing well.

The Cardinals seemingly put the game away at 26-10 with a Palmer touchdown pass to John Brown but the Cardinals allowed Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco to get a passing score with 4:26 left.

The Ravens had one last shot to try and tie the game with a touchdown and two-point score. Flacco got the Ravens offense all the way down to the Cardinals nine-yard-line. Then Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson saved the day with an interception in the end zone with just 13-seconds remaining in the game.
