Krishawn Hogan, WR, Marian

Another small school receiver is making his way to Arizona.  Hogan played for Marian University, an NAIA school.

Hogan has good size at 6’4, 215.  He was named his conference’s player of the year last season, so that should say something about his talent.  He caught 80 passes for 1,435-yards and 15 touchdowns in 2016.  He finished with 42 touchdowns in his college career.

Hogan figures to compete for a slot receiver spot.  The competition will certainly be a huge step up for him but he wouldn’t be the first one to come into Arizona and make it happen at receiver.

John Brown was drafted in 2014 out of Pittsburg State in Kansas.  Small school does not necessarily mean small talent.

It will be difficult to find room for Hogan come time to pare down rosters at the end of August but you never know.  He may just make it difficult for Cardinals coaches to let him loose.
