Week 2 – Sunday September 17th

@ Indianapolis Colts

The last time these two teams hooked up it was in Arizona in 2013.  The Cardinals were facing the Colts in the first season with Bruce Arians at the helm, one season removed from leading the Colts to a 9-3 record in Chuck Pagano’s absence.

The Cardinals went on to rough up Colts quarterback Andrew Luck that afternoon, winning 40-11. I would not expect the same result this time around.

The Cardinals will be making their first trip into Lucas Oil stadium.  The Colts will be looking to get to the playoffs and make some noise.  They have to or Pagano will be out of a job at this time next year.

Still, it could be whoever has the ball last in this one.  It won’t be a 40-11 game but the Cardinals should still be able to overpower the Colts offensive line and make things difficult for Luck all day.
