The Good
The Cardinals don’t have a whole lot to point to as being “good” on Sunday as they didn’t hold a lead until the final play of the game. As previously stated, it was a slow start.
However the passing game did get going after awhile. The defense also had some shining moments.
J.J. Nelson
He had five receptions for 120-yards and a touchdown. He was targeted seven times. He could end up being the guy the Cardinals want John Brown to be. There were no ridiculous drops this week.
Chris Johnson
He didn’t play bad. With the game being the way it developed, certainly only 11 carries doesn’t look like a lot. He had 44-yards rushing, a four-yard-per-carry average. Don’t be surprised if he starts next week.
Tyrann Mathieu
He had the overtime interception, a huge play after the Colts won the toss. He had a couple of other passes he should have intercepted earlier.
