The Bad
There was a lot that could be pointed to here unfortunately. The bad though at least can now be worked on after a win instead of a loss.
Phil Dawson
It’s hard to put him here after a game winner in overtime. However overtime doesn’t happen if Dawson hits the 42-yarder at the end of regulation.
It was the second week in a row he missed a kick. Many felt like it was 2016 all over again. Forget the icing excuses. He’s a grown man. While many of us don’t like the icing the kicker timeout, it is what it is. Dawson is a professional and should be able to handle it.
Carson Palmer
The first half was awful. At the end his numbers improved a bit. He only ended up officially with one interception on Sunday but he could have had and quite frankly should have had at least two other balls picked. His 19-36 for 332-yards with the pick and the touchdown is what the stat line shows. Hopefully not as slow a start next week against Dallas.
