Dan Bailey

Seriously, be aware of Cowboys kicker Bailey.  He’s one of the best in the league and this game could come down to kickers.

Many are expecting a close game on Monday night.  If Dallas has the ball and the opportunity to tie or take a lead late, you hope the defense can do its job and keep the Cowboys out of field goal range.

Much like what the Cardinals saw in week one with the Lions’ Matt Prater, Bailey may even be better.  Prater hit a 58-yard field goal to end the first half against the Cardinals in week one.

Bailey so far over the first two weeks is perfect.  He is 5-5 with a long of 56-yards.  His leg and accuracy are still both working well in his 7th NFL season.

Despite Bailey being 3-6 lifetime in field goal attempts against the Cardinals, he is still someone that has a very legitimate chance of beating the Cardinals on Monday night.  In other words, let’s hope the Cardinals defense can keep the Cowboys out of field goal range, especially late in the game.
