Tramon Williams

This is a case of not needing to get younger just yet.  Williams has had a season that honestly some didn’t see coming.

Keim got himself another find as a starting cornerback opposite of Patrick Peterson.  The only issue is Williams will be 35 in 2018.  It isn’t necessarily a bad thing though given the production in 2017.

In just 11 games, seven of them started, Williams has 34 tackles and two interceptions.  He also has 10 passes defensed and a fumble recovery.

Certainly Williams days in the NFL are numbered but why can’t he return for at least another season in the desert?  He is a great 11-year veteran to fill the void until the Cardinals can find the next Patrick Peterson.

Look for the Cardinals to bring this guy back.  It would be ridiculous not to at this point.  He has been a pleasant surprise that many fans would like to see for awhile longer.
