3. Palmer touchdown pass to Larry Fitzgerald against San Francisco

Certainly the 2017 was not one to write home about much.  However there were still some highlights we won’t forget.

One in particular was the home game against the San Francisco 49ers in October in week four. Neither team could find the end zone…until overtime.

With just 32 seconds remaining in the extra period, Palmer found Fitz for a 19-yard touchdown pass.  Fitz made a great grab but Palmer put it in a place that no one but Fitz would find it.

Palmer started the game with an interception in the end zone and ended with the touchdown in overtime.  It wasn’t the prettiest of games in the all-field goal affair up to that point.

Palmer found a way though.  They weren’t going to settle for another field goal and certainly not another tie like last season.

The touchdown pass was only one of nine he threw all season but it remains the one that sticks out the most.  He would only throw four more career touchdowns after this one.
