Week 2 – at Los Angeles Rams

The Cardinals travel west to Los Angeles for the first time since the season finale of the 2016 season.  The Cardinals won that game 44-6.

Last season was a whole different story.  This game was not played in Los Angeles but London last season.  The Rams defeated the Cardinals 33-0.

That was also the game the Cardinals lost quarterback Carson Palmer for the season and effectively his career.  It was also the beginning of good things to come for the Rams.

You can guarantee this one will have the Rams favored.  They are overwhelmingly the favorite to win the NFC West in 2018.

The only good thing we can say about this one is the road trip is much shorter this season and tied for the shortest this season.  The Cardinals will also travel to Los Angeles to face the Chargers later in the season.

Don’t look for much of a different story than what we saw from the Rams last season.  Maybe the Cardinals can put some points on the board?  Rams 31 Cardinals 21
