Josh Rosen

When the Cardinals entered the draft they had the 15th pick.  When they drafted Rosen, it was at 10.  It was to get him specifically when they saw he was dropping.

Many considered Rosen the most NFL-ready among the top four quarterbacks in the draft.  Rosen didn’t seem all too happy he dropped to number 10.

The Cardinals were more than happy to get him at 10 and have now started to prepare him as the future of the franchise.  He will be the future quarterback and the future face of this franchise.

For now, he will backup Bradford.  Some are pining for him to play now.  The luxury right now is that the Cardinals don’t have to play him.

He will likely get some playing time this season though, even if Bradford manages to stay mostly healthy.  The smart thing though is as long as Bradford can play and is playing well, Rosen just needs to take his time to learn.
