Josh Rosen

For three quarters on Sunday it looked like just another Sunday with a rookie quarterback going through the motions.  Then the fourth quarter happened and something clicked.

Rosen went 12-18 for 150-yards and two touchdowns in that crucial fourth quarter against the 49ers on Sunday.  Hopefully that is the first of many game winning days for Rosen.

Someone reported that Rosen told the huddle on the last drive they were going to go down and win the game.  That’s the kind of leader the Cardinals need, especially a leader at quarterback.

That will be hard to repeat against teams like Kansas City or the Los Angeles Rams this season but could be a great sign of things to come.  It’s just one game though, and really just one quarter of great football.

Those first three quarters was just not good football.  Give Leftwich some props though for allowing Rosen to open it up and take shots downfield.  We want a lot more of that.
