Zeke Turner
His stock is on the way up but he needs to keep it going. He’s still third on the Cardinals depth chart at inside linebacker. He’s behind Haason Reddick and Dennis Gardeck.
Reddick has work to do as well and Gardeck is a fan favorite. Turner, the second year linebacker out of Washington, played well last week in the loss to the Oakland Raiders.
This is his chance to show he belongs. There are 13-14 guys on the preseason roster that are good enough to be on the 53-man roster, so there will be some tough decisions that lie ahead for the Cardinals.
dark. Next. Cardinals make right move in releasing Kevin White
Turner can make an already tough decision easier or maybe even tough depending on how others do. Turner plays hard and knows how to play the position, so if he doesn’t make the 53-man roster it will mean he was just a victim of the numbers game.
