Jordan Hicks

It’s a tough call to say who was better on defense.  Certainly we could say linebacker Terrell Suggs or linebacker Chandler Jones.

However Hicks was all over the place on Sunday afternoon against the Lions.  He ended the afternoon with an astounding 14 tackles.

Of those tackles, two of them were for a loss.  He was officially credited with one quarterback hit as well.

Hicks may have not contributed with a sack but doing what he did on Sunday should certainly put smiles on Cardinals fans’ faces.  Hicks has battled injuries in the past.

He looked rather healthy on Sunday.  If the Cardinals can continue to get that kind of effort from Hicks, he will prove to be a great compliment to the big two at linebacker in Suggs and Jones.

Next. Cardinals with great comeback to tie Lions. dark

The question will be can he be consistent with this type of performance.  Until he proves otherwise, we should believe he can.
