Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 31. team. 48. The Bruce Arians era has begun in Tampa.  It started with a loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Bucs quarterback <a rel=. 0-1.

The Bucs lost their opening game of the Bruce Arians era.  They lost to the San Francisco 49ers thanks to three Jameis Winston interceptions.

Two of Winston’s interceptions were returned for touchdowns.  The Bucs did the same to 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo but the 49ers did it when it counted the most.

Now the Bucs are looking at themselves and wondering what now?  Are we going through this all again?  It should also raise questions once again whether Winston is the answer going forward.

He went through a back and forth last season with Ryan Fitzpatrick starting and being benched.  It is difficult seeing that happening again, at least early on with Arians.

However this team doesn’t have long to fret about the result.  They have to turn around and play again on Thursday night against the Carolina Panthers on the road.  No one ever said life was easy in the NFL.
