Kyler Murray will be sacked less than 5 times

Last week Murray was sacked 8 times last Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.  Not all of that was because of the Cardinals offensive line, although many fans don’t buy that.  However the video shows it.

If Murray can learn to get rid of the ball when he scrambles and has nowhere to go, then that will be half the battle.  Of course the offensive line is not without fault here.

The guards, J.R. Sweezy and Justin Pugh have received high grades, as does center A.Q. Shipley.  The tackles do need to improve however, particularly D.J. Humphries.  Easier said than done, but this team has shown its abilities to learn from mistakes week to week.

Also, 5 of the 8 sacks last week were in the fourth quarter when the Cardinals were trying to make a comeback.  If the Cardinals keep the game close throughout, they could accomplish keeping it to 5 or less.
