The ugly

Missed tackles.  This has carried over from the preseason.  From the opening drive of their preseason week 1 game against the Los Angeles Chargers, the missed tackles have reared its ugly head again as it did in 2018.

Receivers and running backs are running over Cardinals defenders like they aren’t even there.  They need to get more physical.

Sacks.  Murray was sacked just 4 times on Sunday against the Seahawks.  However he was sacked 8 times against the Panthers in week 3.

It’s not all on the offensive line as Murray needs to learn to throw the ball away, something else that didn’t appear to improve much from weeks 1 to 4.  Murray also trying to make something happen with his legs, taking bigger losses than he should.

Oh and one more thing that is still an ugly fact.  The Cardinals still can’t cover tight ends.

Next. 5 biggest disappointments in Cardinals loss. dark

Now they play 3 of the next 4 games on the road.  At one point they all looked winnable, now it will be a miracle it seems if they win any of them.  We’ll see.
