Kingsbury needs at least 2 years

People are still ripping Keim and team president Michael Bidwill for hiring Kliff Kingsbury as their head coach.  Given his ‘Air-Raid’ offensive system, some outside of Arizona have lost their minds and still believe the Cardinals were completely nuts to hire him.

Yes, Kingsbury has made some dumb mistakes, including an awful timeout on Thursday night to negate a 4th and goal stop at the 1-yard line against the San Francisco 49ers.  In the end though, Kingsbury has brought fresh air into the Cardinals culture.

The players like Kingsbury a lot.  There are a good number of fans that see Kingsbury has made rookie coach mistakes but is making a difference.

The Cardinals are headed in the right direction with Kingsbury.  He doesn’t complain, he doesn’t yell, he admits error and takes responsibility.

It was an outside the box hire but one that could start paying off soon.  As with Murray, year 2 is going to be where the true test lies.
