Kliff Kingsbury

There are still people out there that think Kingsbury is on the hot seat for coaches in the offseason.  Yeah we see you Patrik Walker over there at CBS Sports.

Sure, he still has things he needs to iron out.  They need to learn how to win close games.  This team could be 7-3-1 easily.

He does need to work on calling the right plays at the right time.  That just takes time.  He’s still learning to coach in the NFL.

However, like Murray, his play calling and aggressiveness at times has been fun to watch.  The 2018 offense was a lifeless dud.  Aggressiveness was the furthest thing from the offensive playbook last year.

Kingsbury isn’t going anywhere and we should all be thankful for that.  He’s going to be given time to succeed here with Murray.  He won’t be a one-and-done like his predecessor Steve Wilks was.

Kingsbury is personable and like Murray, doesn’t seem to get phased by any obstacles in the course.  It’s all about learning in 2019 and then improving on the mistakes made in 2020 and beyond.
