A.Q. Shipley

He’s a guy we all root for.  A.Q. Shipley has been very serviceable for the Cardinals.  At one point early last year he was the highest rated offensive lineman the team had.

However it was clear as time carried on, Shipley’s time in Arizona could be short lived going forward.  Mason Cole will be going into his third season and looks to take over the starting center spot.

Certainly things could change there and Shipley could still hang around.  However again, going back to the discussion on Gilbert, the Cardinals will likely want to go younger on the line.

Shipley is to be commended on his return from his training camp ACL injury in 2018.  He came back strong and very much in football shape.

Cornerback may be worth Cardinals trouble. dark. Next

If for some reason he stays in the desert this fall, the Cardinals can likely get by but with the way quarterback Kyler Murray moves around, the younger legs would be preferable.
