Cardinals running backs will not individually reach 1,000 yards but collectively rush for 1,700-yards

We still don’t know just how healthy Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake is.  They keep telling us all is fine, despite him spending time in training camp in a walking boot.  The Cardinals indicated it was for soreness only.

We expect Drake to have a very good season, but just how good?  The Cardinals have enough weapons on offense to where we don’t know how each week will play out.  Will it be the running game that takes off or will the air game play strong?

This we know though, Drake is good and is better than many give him credit for.  Still, we aren’t sure he will go for 1,000-yards in 2020.

Look for the Cardinals running backs to make it a collective effort.  With Drake, Chase Edmonds, and now rookie Eno Benjamin running, look for the Cardinals as a team to rush for at least 1,700-yards total.

All three will likely get their opportunities to show their stuff.  Both Drake and Edmonds could go for 100-yards at times this season for sure.
