The Bad

Play calling – they went for it on fourth down twice on Sunday.  One of the calls was decent but one of them really could have turned the tide for Washington.

The Cardinals decided to go for it on 4th and 1 on their own 27.  The positive in this case was the Cardinals were still up 20-0 at that point.

However, if the play had failed, which it didn’t, then Washington is already in field goal range.  Based on how they played in the second half, things could have turned uncomfortable.

The fourth down was a reverse call that almost didn’t work.  It went for just 3-yards for Christian Kirk.

Kyler Murray pick – if we’re being nit picky (and we are), Kyler threw a really bad pass into traffic deep in their own side of the field.  He continues to learn but he can’t throw passes into major traffic like he did.  He got away with it, luckily Washington fumbled it right back to the Cardinals.
