4 former Cardinals stars who are still searching for employment

A small contingent of free agents who once enjoyed superstar status with the Arizona Cardinals are still searching for work.

Throughout its existence as a franchise, the Arizona Cardinals have drafted more than their fair share of magnificent performers. Hanging on to all of those superb players has been difficult, however, due to the limits that the NFL salary cap puts on each and every team.

Any Cards fan that takes a moment to take a look at the free agents that are still seeking employment would be quite familiar with several of the job-seekers. In fact, a few of the individuals enjoyed very successful stints with the Redbirds during the early part of their pro careers.

Time has passed, however, and the organization’s one-time standouts are not as productive as they used to be. The following are four former Cardinals stars who, at the time of this writing, remain unemployed.
