Olsen Pierre

When he was found on the inactive list all 16 times last season, the reaction received most of the time was “who?”  That isn’t happening in 2017.

Pierre has become a name on the defensive line that is consistently being called out.  That isn’t a bad thing my friends.

This season he has started four of his 10 games he’s played in.  He has 20 tackles but more impressive is that he has three and a half sacks.  He also has two passes defensed.

For a guy many knew little about until this season, he is solidifying himself as a force going forward. The key is keep him healthy.

The Cardinals have had a decent rotation of defensive tackles over the last four seasons.  However with guys like Frostee Rucker nearing the end, Pierre can join young linemen like Josh Mauro and Rodney Gunter to solidify the position.

If you give a guy a chance you never know what you may find.  Right now fans are finding out more about Pierre with each passing week.
