This one could also be very interesting if the Cardinals end up hiring Pat Shurmur, the current offensive coordinator for the Vikings, and also bringing in free agent quarterback Case Keenum. While the two together would be great, it could be far fetched.

The game is in Minnesota, which was the site of the last meeting between these teams. The Vikings won that matchup in the inaugural season in U.S. Bank Stadium in 2016 by a score of 30-24.

Minnesota has won six of the past eight games between the two teams. Right now though a lot of uncertainty as to who will be playing for either side at the time they play.

The Vikings are hosting a playoff game this weekend against the New Orleans Saints. They can become the first team to play a Super Bowl in their own building. The Cardinals had a crack at that distinction themselves just three seasons ago.
