Chicago Bears

For the first time in six seasons the Bears will visit University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.  Overall it will be just their third regular season visit since the Cardinals moved out of Sun Devil Stadium.

The last time the two teams played in the regular season was in 2015 when the Cardinals went into Soldier Field and dominated the Bears 48-23.  The last visit by the Bears to Arizona resulted in a 28-13 loss for the Cardinals.

Like Arizona, the Bears are going through changes at the coaching position.  They just hired former Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Mike Nagy as their head coach, replacing John Fox.

It will be the first regular season look at quarterback Mitchell Trubisky.  The Cardinals saw him in the 2017 preseason.

If quarterback Alex Smith were to end up somehow with the Cardinals, then he could face his former coordinator in Nagy.  So many possible intriguing games on the schedule in 2018.
