5 quarterbacks that could play for Arizona Cardinals

Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma

This is the quarterback most linked to the Cardinals in the offseason leading up to the draft.  However depending on who you believe, he is either a top five pick or destined for the second round.

Those that say he is a stretch for the first round must be seeing something the rest of us don’t.  Sure, he won the Heisman Trophy.  That won’t be why he makes it in the NFL.

Many great college quarterbacks are just that, great college quarterbacks.  However there are many that believe his game will transition well to the NFL.

Not all experts agree on that.  There is a slight chance Mayfield could be available when the Cardinals select at number 15.

That being said, it is probably safer to try to trade up to the top 10 if they feel Mayfield is their guy. Just don’t go making any bets on this.
