Receivers (5)

Larry Fitzgerald, Chad Williams, Christian Kirk, Brice Butler, J.J. Nelson

If there is one position the Cardinals could end up keeping more of than what is predicted here, it would be receiver.  The Cardinals have a couple of other guys currently that are not listed here who have a shot a roster spot.

Clearly Fitz is number one and will be until the day he retires.  Williams played very well against the Saints and may be ready to make that move up the depth chart.

Kirk scored his first touchdown last week against the Saints and is a lock to be one of the go-to guys this season.  After that, game on.

Butler has been injured, so he hasn’t had the chance to really show what he can do yet.  That being said being the veteran he is, he could still get a roster spot.  He could play this weekend against his former team in the Cowboys.

Nelson is the wild card here.  He has the speed but showed against the Chargers he still has the dropsies.  Greg Little may be able to do enough to beat him out.  We’ll see.
