4. J.R. Sweezy

The Seahawks offensive line hasn’t been one to write home about lately.  However one of the solid men on that line was Sweezy.

He was a seventh round draft pick by the Seahawks in 2012.  That was the same year they drafted quarterback Russell Wilson.

Sweezy played for the Seahawks until 2015.  In 2016 and 2017 he went to play with the Buccaneers.  He returned to Seattle in 2018.

He stands at 6’5, 310.  As someone who helped protect Wilson and open holes for Seahawks backs it is nice to have him on the Cardinals side of the ball now.

The Bucs did give up on him rather quickly after just the two seasons but he found his way back to the Seahawks.  He has started 78 of the 88 games he has played in over his career.

Sweezy should find his way onto the line as a starter.  Cardinals backs should be happy this man is now in Arizona.
